Please read these terms carefully before using Comparaloan. By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Comparaloan is a loan comparison marketplace operated by Allumer Fintech Private Limited. We connect borrowers with registered lending partners. We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution.
By using this platform you agree that Comparaloan facilitates connections between you and lenders but is not a party to any loan agreement you enter into with a lender.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. All loan decisions are made independently by our lending partners based on their own assessment criteria.
You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
You must have a valid PAN card and a bank account in your name.
By submitting an application you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information to obtain a loan is a criminal offence under Indian law.
Access to personalised loan offers from our lending partners requires a one-time ₹99 platform fee.
This fee is fully refundable if you identify a cheaper loan offer (lower effective interest rate, same tenure and loan amount) from any lender not listed on Comparaloan within 30 days of receiving your offers. To claim a refund, contact support@comparaloan.in with documentation of the alternative offer.
The ₹99 fee does not guarantee loan approval. It grants access to the comparison process only. Actual loan disbursal is subject to lender approval.
The fee is non-refundable once you have accepted a loan offer from one of our lending partners.
All interest rates displayed on the platform are indicative and determined solely by our lending partners. Rates shown during the comparison stage are tentative and subject to change based on the lender's final underwriting assessment.
Comparaloan does not set, negotiate, or guarantee any interest rate. The final rate offered to you depends on your credit profile, income, loan amount, tenure, and the individual lender's policies.
Processing fees, prepayment charges, and other costs are set by the lender and disclosed in the final loan agreement. Review all terms carefully before accepting any offer.
Comparaloan does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or that any offer received will meet your requirements.
Lenders may decline your application, offer a lower amount than requested, or offer terms different from the indicative comparison. These decisions are entirely at the lender's discretion.
Rejection by one or more lenders on our platform does not prevent you from applying elsewhere.
During the comparison phase, Comparaloan performs a single soft credit inquiry. This does not appear on your CIBIL report and has no impact on your credit score.
When you select specific lenders for final offers, those lenders may perform hard credit enquiries as part of their underwriting process. You will be informed before this occurs.
By using this platform you authorise Comparaloan to retrieve your credit report via a soft inquiry for the purpose of facilitating loan comparisons.
You are responsible for repaying any loan you obtain through this platform according to the terms agreed with the lender. Comparaloan is not liable for any defaults, penalties, or credit damage arising from your loan repayment conduct.
You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent purposes, to submit applications on behalf of others without their consent, or to attempt to manipulate credit assessments.
You must keep your account credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Comparaloan's liability to you is limited to the amount of the platform fee paid (₹99). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
Comparaloan is not responsible for the conduct, decisions, or practices of any lending partner listed on the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Comparaloan reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
